We are a church just west of St. Louis, Missouri. Our heart is to see our city awakened to and transformed by the love of Jesus.

And our part to play in this is by becoming apprentices of Jesus. We seek to do this by being with Jesus, being transformed by Jesus, and partnering with Him.

-What stood out to you from the sermon?
How were you encouraged? Challenged?
Is there anything you wrote down in your sermon guide you would like to share?
What keeps you from being rest-full (i.e., non-busy, non-anxious, having margin in your life)?
Sabbath rest tends to have 4 components: 1. Stop. 2. Rest. 3. Delight. 4. Worship. Which of these comes more naturally to you, and which are more challenging?
Jesus invites us to find rest in Him, which is sabbath rest. In practical terms, how do you find rest in Jesus? In other words, “how do you sabbath?”
How can we encourage one another in experiencing Sabbath rest?
