Groups are at the center of how we seek to help people apprentice to Jesus. Our primary purpose of Groups is to be transformed by Jesus. But transformation requires a community where individuals can know and be known by one another. At The Journey, we have two types of Groups to help you along in your apprenticeship to Jesus: Community Groups and Connect Groups.
Community Groups are 12-20 people who gather in a home multiple times a month and orient their time around a three-part rhythm: Table, Word, and Practice.
Connect Groups exist to foster friendship and community through common interests and shared values that over time, lead to apprenticeship to Jesus.

1. We can probably identify with Israel in grumbling. Despite what the Lord has done for you, can you identify areas of your life where you grumble?
2. Grumbling is fueled by fear. What practices do you use to “stand firm and see the salvation of the Lord”?
3. Are you having a desert experience? Have you? What have been some of the circumstances surrounding your desert experience?4. How can God lead you through your desert experience?
5. How do “finding your people” and discovering your rhythms” help you to go deep if you are in the desert?
